Information Gathering and Utilisation

Zapbytes Technologies Pvt. Ltd. uses your name, contact and address details, account identifiers and login information to provide your Zapbytes Fibernet connection, app, website and related services. We process plan and usage details, billing and payment references, enquiries, support requests and service activation details to manage your connection and requested add-ons.

General

App profile photos are optional: the system picker accesses only your selected image, which stays on your device. Saved sessions use secure device storage, and production app connections use HTTPS. App files remain until removed through device storage controls or uninstalling; exported copies must be removed separately.

With browser location permission, website coordinates may be saved locally, used for coverage checks and sent to our enquiry service, including when you leave without submitting a form. You can revoke permission or enter your locality manually.

Collaboration and Transfer of Personal Data

Service providers process necessary information: Netlify and our customer systems for hosting and account services; Google Apps Script/Sheets for enquiries; WATI/WhatsApp for messages; Firebase for notification tokens and delivery; Razorpay for payments; and subscription-service partners for requested add-ons. For add-on activation, relevant partners receive necessary name, contact and address details. Location searches use Nominatim and postalpincode.in; Speed Test opens FAST.com. Providers may process IP addresses, device or browser details and service data under their own policies, including outside India. Information may also be disclosed for legal or security obligations.

Browser preferences

The website remembers your theme, cached content, coverage searches, permitted location and form-submission flags in browser storage. Clear site data in your browser to remove these; submitted records must be handled through support.
